Good news Foreign Buyer!  You CAN buy property in Canada!

Yes there is a foreign buyer ban in Canada at the moment, but there are many exceptions to the rule. 

You can still buy in the surrounding communities around Canmore, including Deadman's Flats, Exshaw, Harvie Heights and Lac des Arcs.  You can even buy LOTS in Canmore and build your own home!

In this tour, we will take you to available property listings and lots that Foreign Buyers can buy!

Trip Type: Small group experience. Min. 2 ppl. / Max. 12 ppl.

Age requirement: 12+.  An adult must accompany all travellers under 18.

Tour Start/End Times: 1 pm – 5 pm

Tour Duration: 4 hours

Departures: Every Friday and Saturday.

Itinerary:

Enjoy a welcome meeting with your Realtor/Tour Guide before heading out to see various homes on the market.  

You will get 1-on-1 time with your Realtor/Tour Guide to discuss your ideal property preferences.  

What’s Included:

 - Your Welcome Meeting.  Meet your Realtor/Tour Guide and your group.

 - Transportation to and from all property viewings.
