Overview

Tour the Canadian Rockies and learn about the real estate market first hand by visiting available property listings!  You will get 1-on-1 time with your Real Estate Agent & Guide to discuss your ideal home preferences.  

 

Trip Type: Small group experience. Max. 12.

 

Age requirement: 12+

All travellers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

Itinerary

 

Day 1 – Canmore

Enjoy a morning welcome meeting with your Real Estate Agent / Tour Guide in Canmore before heading out to see various homes currently on the market.  

Based on your needs, we will schedule specific and targeted property viewings for the afternoon of  Day 2 that fit your search criteria.  

 

Day 2 – Banff

Morning pick up from your hotel as we head to Banff to view homes currently on the market.

We return to Canmore in the afternoon to visit the available property listings we scheduled for you that fit your specific criteria.

 

What’s Included:

-       Your Welcome Meeting.  Meet your Real Estate Agent / Tour Guide.

-       Transportation to all property viewings.

 

What’s not Included:

-       Meals (Allow $20 - $40 CAD for each meal not included).

-       Accommodation
